Effective Date: July 1, 2025
This Policy governs all remote volunteer work arrangements for volunteers of FNBubbles420 Org. It explains the rights, responsibilities, and conditions under which remote volunteer work is permitted and enforced.
No volunteer may engage in remote work unless expressly authorized in writing by the President & Founder. Unauthorized remote work constitutes a material breach of this Policy.
Volunteers shall maintain their agreed volunteer schedule, be responsive during core hours (9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time) where practical, and provide status updates via Discord or email. Any changes require prior written approval from a supervisor.
Volunteers must use secure, up-to-date devices, maintain strong passwords, enable disk encryption, and follow our Information Security Policy. All organizational data remains the sole property of FNBubbles420 Org.
Volunteers must adhere to all organizational policies, nonprofit ethics, and applicable laws. Misconduct or failure to comply may result in immediate revocation of remote privileges or removal from the volunteer role.
This Policy and any disputes arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction within Michigan.
This document constitutes the entire agreement regarding remote volunteer work and supersedes all prior understandings. No failure or delay in enforcing any right shall operate as a waiver of that right unless a written waiver is signed by the President & Founder.
If any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to this Policy may be made only by a majority vote of the Board of Directors and must be signed by the President & Founder to become effective.
