FNBubbles420 Org Remote Volunteer Work Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

1. Purpose & Scope

This Policy governs all remote volunteer work arrangements for volunteers of FNBubbles420 Org. It explains the rights, responsibilities, and conditions under which remote volunteer work is permitted and enforced.

2. Authorization for Remote Volunteer Work

No volunteer may engage in remote work unless expressly authorized in writing by the President & Founder. Unauthorized remote work constitutes a material breach of this Policy.

3. Hours & Availability

Volunteers shall maintain their agreed volunteer schedule, be responsive during core hours (9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time) where practical, and provide status updates via Discord or email. Any changes require prior written approval from a supervisor.

4. Equipment, Security & Data Protection

Volunteers must use secure, up-to-date devices, maintain strong passwords, enable disk encryption, and follow our Information Security Policy. All organizational data remains the sole property of FNBubbles420 Org.

5. Conduct & Compliance

Volunteers must adhere to all organizational policies, nonprofit ethics, and applicable laws. Misconduct or failure to comply may result in immediate revocation of remote privileges or removal from the volunteer role.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy and any disputes arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction within Michigan.

7. Entire Agreement & No Waiver

This document constitutes the entire agreement regarding remote volunteer work and supersedes all prior understandings. No failure or delay in enforcing any right shall operate as a waiver of that right unless a written waiver is signed by the President & Founder.

8. Severability

If any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9. Amendment

Amendments to this Policy may be made only by a majority vote of the Board of Directors and must be signed by the President & Founder to become effective.
