Discord Bots and AI Services 🤖
FNBUBBLES420 Org operates official Discord bots and AI-assisted services to support our nonprofit mission, community engagement, education, accessibility, and technical assistance.
- Covered Discord Bots: This Privacy Policy applies to official FNBUBBLES420 Org Discord bots, including TeamFNB420Shoutout and FNBUBBLES420 AI Assistant, as well as future official bots or automated Discord services operated by FNBUBBLES420 Org.
- TeamFNB420Shoutout: This bot may process Discord server IDs, channel IDs, message IDs, usernames, user IDs, role information, command usage, shoutout settings, and content needed to create, manage, or send community shoutouts.
- FNBUBBLES420 AI Assistant: This bot may process questions, prompts, code snippets, troubleshooting details, Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, message IDs, command usage, feedback, and limited conversation context needed to provide AI-assisted educational and technical support.
- Local AI Processing: AI requests may be processed by a locally hosted AI model, such as an Ollama model, when configured by FNBUBBLES420 Org. Users should understand that prompts may be sent to the bot host system for processing.
- Conversation Storage: The AI Assistant may store limited conversation context, user preferences, feedback, usage statistics, and command history when needed to provide service functionality, improve reliability, prevent abuse, or support user-requested features. Conversation storage may be disabled or limited by administrators.
- Retention: Discord bot data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for bot functionality, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, nonprofit operations, or legal compliance. Conversation history may be automatically deleted based on the bot's configured retention period.
- Sensitive Information: Users should not submit passwords, API keys, private keys, authentication tokens, medical records, financial information, government identification, or other sensitive personal information to our Discord bots or AI services.
- Safety and Abuse Prevention: Bot interactions may be reviewed or automatically filtered to prevent spam, harassment, malware requests, phishing, unauthorized access, doxxing, threats, self-harm instructions, or other unsafe or prohibited activity.
- Discord Platform: Our bots operate within Discord. Discord may separately collect and process information under Discord's own policies. FNBUBBLES420 Org does not control Discord's independent data practices.
- Data Deletion Requests: Users may request deletion of Discord bot data associated with them, where reasonably possible, by contacting legal@fnbubbles420.org or by using available bot deletion commands such as /forget, when supported.
