TeamFNB420 Esports Stream Team
Mission Statement: TeamFNB420 Esports Stream Team is operated by FNBubbles420.org, a registered nonprofit dedicated to supporting gamers, streamers, and veterans—especially those facing disabilities, autism, PTSD, and mental health challenges. Our mission is to foster an inclusive, accessible, and empowering community for all.
- Nonprofit Purpose: All esports activities are conducted solely to advance our charitable mission. No member, applicant, or participant will ever be required to pay fees, purchase products, or provide services for consideration or membership.
- Accessibility & Inclusion: We are committed to providing a welcoming, accessible, and discrimination-free environment for all, regardless of disability, neurodiversity, identity, background, skill level, platform, or game preference.
- Name Privacy: Applicants may use a gamer tag, Discord username, or preferred name; disclosure of a legal name is not required for consideration.
- Agreement: Submission of an application constitutes agreement to abide by the FNBubbles420.org Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.
- Open Membership: Membership is open to all individuals, including competitive players, casual gamers, streamers, developers, veterans, students, and community supporters. All membership decisions, including selection and retention, are made solely to further our nonprofit mission and at the discretion of FNBubbles420.org.
- Conduct: All members must maintain the highest standards of integrity, mutual respect, and fair play at all times.
- Zero Tolerance: Any form of harassment, bullying, discrimination, cheating, doxxing, hate speech, or other toxic or abusive conduct—including but not limited to discrimination based on disability, neurodiversity, or any protected characteristic—is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the team and all affiliated communities.
- Data Use: Information collected through the application process will be used solely for team selection, communication, and fostering a positive community environment. This information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
- Data Deletion: Applicants may request the deletion of their esports application data at any time by contacting legal@fnbubbles420.org.
Participation in the esports stream team is voluntary and does not establish any employment, partnership, or contractor relationship with FNBubbles420.org. All activities are nonprofit and community-driven.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not engage in conduct that violates applicable laws or these Terms, including but not limited to:
- Violating intellectual property rights.
- Posting unlawful, defamatory, or obscene content.
- Interfering with site operations, servers, or networks.
- Using bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the site.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials on FNBubbles420.org are owned by FNBubbles420.org or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. A limited, non-exclusive license is granted for personal, non-commercial use, provided you comply with these Terms.
Charitable Status
FNBubbles420.org operates as a nonprofit supporting gamers, streamers, and veterans, particularly those facing disabilities, autism, PTSD, and mental health challenges.
Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and used to fund charitable activities. Transparency reports are available upon request.

Limitation of Liability
