TeamFNB420 Esports Stream Team
Mission Statement: TeamFNB420 Esports Stream Team is operated by FNBubbles420.org, a registered nonprofit dedicated to supporting gamers, streamers, and veterans—especially those facing disabilities, autism, PTSD, and mental health challenges. Our mission is to foster an inclusive, accessible, and empowering community for all.
- Nonprofit Purpose: All esports activities are conducted solely to advance our charitable mission. No member, applicant, or participant will ever be required to pay fees, purchase products, or provide services for consideration or membership.
- Accessibility & Inclusion: We are committed to providing a welcoming, accessible, and discrimination-free environment for all, regardless of disability, neurodiversity, identity, background, skill level, platform, or game preference.
- Name Privacy: Applicants may use a gamer tag, Discord username, or preferred name; disclosure of a legal name is not required for consideration.
- Agreement: Submission of an application constitutes agreement to abide by the FNBubbles420.org Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.
- Open Membership: Membership is open to all individuals, including competitive players, casual gamers, streamers, developers, veterans, students, and community supporters. All membership decisions, including selection and retention, are made solely to further our nonprofit mission and at the discretion of FNBubbles420.org.
- Conduct: All members must maintain the highest standards of integrity, mutual respect, and fair play at all times.
- Zero Tolerance: Any form of harassment, bullying, discrimination, cheating, doxxing, hate speech, or other toxic or abusive conduct—including but not limited to discrimination based on disability, neurodiversity, or any protected characteristic—is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the team and all affiliated communities.
- Data Use: Information collected through the application process will be used solely for team selection, communication, and fostering a positive community environment. This information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
- Data Deletion: Applicants may request the deletion of their esports application data at any time by contacting legal@fnbubbles420.org.
Participation in the esports stream team is voluntary and does not establish any employment, partnership, or contractor relationship with FNBubbles420.org. All activities are nonprofit and community-driven.
Discord Bots and AI Services
FNBUBBLES420 Org may operate official Discord bots, AI assistant tools, automation tools, and related community support services to help further our nonprofit mission, support our Discord community, provide educational assistance, improve accessibility, and assist with community engagement.
- Covered Discord Bots: These Terms apply to official FNBUBBLES420 Org Discord bots and services, including TeamFNB420Shoutout, FNBUBBLES420 AI Assistant, and any future Discord bots or automated services operated by FNBUBBLES420 Org.
- TeamFNB420Shoutout: TeamFNB420Shoutout may be used to create, manage, or post community shoutouts, creator recognition, stream team support messages, announcements, and related nonprofit community engagement content. Users and server administrators are responsible for ensuring that shoutouts and submitted content are respectful, accurate, family-friendly, and compliant with these Terms, Discord's Terms of Service, and applicable laws.
- FNBUBBLES420 AI Assistant: FNBUBBLES420 AI Assistant is a family-friendly educational and technical support assistant for the FNBUBBLES420 Org Discord community. It may assist with general questions, programming, debugging, software development, physics, mathematics, technology, accessibility, VisualGuide support, and approved organization resources.
- AI-Generated Content: Responses from FNBUBBLES420 AI Assistant may be generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a user's specific situation. Users are responsible for reviewing, testing, and verifying any AI-generated information, code, calculations, or recommendations before relying on or using them.
- No Professional Advice: Our Discord bots and AI services do not provide medical, legal, financial, emergency, mental health, engineering, or other licensed professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals when professional advice is required.
- Acceptable Use: Users may not use FNBUBBLES420 Org Discord bots or AI services for harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, spam, scams, phishing, malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, doxxing, sexual content involving minors, self-harm encouragement, illegal activity, or any conduct that violates Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Community Guidelines, these Terms, or applicable law.

- Bot Availability: FNBUBBLES420 Org does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any Discord bot, AI assistant, automation tool, or related service. Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time for maintenance, safety, security, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.
- Administrative Control: FNBUBBLES420 Org may limit, suspend, remove, or block access to its Discord bots or AI services for users, channels, or servers that violate these Terms, abuse the services, create safety concerns, or interfere with normal operation.
- Privacy: Information processed through FNBUBBLES420 Org Discord bots and AI services is handled according to the FNBUBBLES420 Org Privacy Policy.
